How To Put In Cheap Color Contacts

Step 1: Wash and dry your hands, then gently lift the contact lens from the packet

With clean, dry hands, gently lift the cheap colored contacts out of the packet onto your fingertip and make sure it’s the right way round.

Step 2: Hold your upper eyelid and lashes against your brow, pull down your lower lid and place the lens over your iris. Alternatively, look another direction and place the lens on the white of your eyes (sclera)

With the first two fingers of your dominant hand, hold your upper eyelid firmly against your brow. Use the middle finger of your other hand to pull down your lower lid, and the first finger to gently place the lens over your iris.

Step 3: Settle the lens in place by looking up and down, then squeeze your eyes closed

Once the lens is in place, look left, right, up and down to allow it to settle into place, then slowly release your eyelid and squeeze your eyes closed.

Cleaning your contacts

Settling the lens in place
